Maintain Your Glock Magazines with Ease
The MagCamWizard™ makes disassembling OEM Glock magazines without damaging retaining tabs a breeze. Easily remove OEM baseplates for cleaning or adding an extender to your magazine. The MCW makes magazine maintenance simple and damage-free.
The MagCamWizard™ quickly removes base plates and grip extensions using minimal calibrated pressure. It depresses the magazine tube just 0.75mm on each side which is just enough for the tabs to clear the baseplate accessory.
Ideal for Armorers, Tactical Trainers, Competition Shooters, Law Enforcement, and all Glock Users.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Disassemble Glock Magazines
-
Insert Magazine: Start by placing your Glock magazine into the MagCamWizard. Ensure that the baseplate sits flush against the device, setting the stage for hassle-free disassembly.
-
Press Spring Plate: Use the included displacement tool to disengage the interior spring plate from the baseplate. For +2 magazines, press the plate into the magazine tube about 1 inch to prepare for the next step.
-
Clip MCW Arms: With the spring plate fully disengaged from the baseplate, depress the arms of the MCW completely. This makes the Mag Cam Wizard squeeze the sides of the magazine tube allowing for easier removal of the baseplate.
-
Slide off Baseplate: Begin sliding the baseplate off with the displacement tool still inserted.
-
Remove the Baseplate: Once started, remove the displacement tool and finish sliding off the baseplate. The magazine spring, follower, and spring plate can now be removed from the magazine tube.
Safety Tip: Remember to maintain control of the magazine spring throughout the process to prevent any accidents or damage.
